Leading the way in addressing type 2 diabetes, we can predict blood sugar responses even before the first bite is taken. This empowerment enables our members to implement nuanced yet tailored dietary adjustments, such as adding a handful of almonds to their ice cream, effectively preventing blood sugar spikes.
